SecurTek AutoNotify

Have children arriving home alone?Need the comfort of knowing that your elderly parent has not left the safety of your home?  Do you want to know that your staff members are safe when you can’t be there? Would you like to verify that your business is opening and closing when it should? having SecurTek AutoNotify service will give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing what is going on at your home or business. Text or email messages are sent to your cellphone, smartphone or personal computer from the monitoring station about any activity that is happening with your security system.

SecurTek AutoNotify is available in two levels:

  • Basic AutoNotify – one contact person will receive messages alerting of system activity. The types of signals that will be sent are fire, power failure, low battery, intrusion and fail to test messages. (With the latter, alarm systems are typically set up to send a test signal through to the monitoring station as a system status check. When we get a fail to test signal, it does not mean that your system is not working, but we would like to do a follow up check with your system.)

  • Advanced AutoNotify – up to five different contacts can receive messages alerting of system activity.

Additional signals that can be set up to send you a text or email, depending on the equipment installed at your premise, are water sensor, high and low temperature sensor and carbon monoxide alerts.
